For persistent pain of trigeminal neuralgia not subsiding with medications then surgery is best choice. Consult any neurosurgeon first two options of surgery one microvascular decompression and second one ptbc. Both these techniques done under general anesthesia and both are safe. Pain relief is very good following both the procedures.
