Hello doctor, I have irregular cycles. Sometimes even after 60 days I don't get period. I am trying to conceive. In ultrasound scan, they found I have pcod. Doctors said that I am not ovulating. So they gave trigger shots. But still I didn't ovulate.in follicular study they said I have lutenised unruptured follicle. This month they are going to start letrozole 2.5 mg. Will it help me to ovulate. I am 26 years old. My husband does not have any problem. He is fine. I don't have weight issues. No thyroid. Please guide me.

Yes, Most of the time letrozole helps. It can be used in increasing dose, up to 7.5 mg. There are injections available for ovulation. So don't worry something or the other will definitely help you.
