Sir please do not give any medicine for now. If your baby is feeding well and passing urine. If there is discomfort you can give 2 ml duphalac at night for 3 days. You are advised not to give sugar water, warm water or any other medicine as it can be harmful for your baby just continue with breastfeeds only or formula if you are giving.

If child is passing soft stools, may be after two, three, four days (whenever) and passing gas every day (there by ruling out intestinal obstruction), in my opinion he doesn't need any medication.
