Our doctor has advised us to take actrapid insulin three times a day and to take glargine insulin at night after having dinner, at 10 pm. So today after dinner I checked my mom's blood sugar and it shows 150 mg/dl. Should I give her glargine now or should I skip it.(i had given her actrapid insulin 8 units before having dinner)

You have to give glargine now and 150 is high itself and can increase now as food is digested and absorbed.
