Hi I am 29 year old. I had make out with a trans girl (only upper body) and no sex. We kissed for few minutes. It happened one month ago. Now am having a fear like I might infected by hiv or any stds. I am not sure weather she is infected or not. Do I need to take a hiv test? If yes, please suggest where I have to take the test.

Dear user. Thanks for the question. Hiv spread through contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and hiv-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the hiv-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the hiv-negative partner. Hiv can not spread through saliva. Unless you had penetrative sex, you need not fear about hiv and superficial touching etc. Will not spread stds .hence a test is not relevant.
