I am addicted to antihistamines from last 4 years I tried many time to leave it but still it feels like completely impossible benadryl helps a little, I take cetrizine, I tried to reduce the doses but still it feels like impossible, I started this to get rid of cough but I was not aware of it's result like this, if I leave taking this it results into unbearable itching.
