I used to have severe breathing issues five years ago caused by dust, humidity, coloured or citrus foods, cold foods. The problem almost completely stopped for about 4 years after I moved to a gulf country. After coming back to india I am slowly starting to experience the same problems again. I take aerocort inhaler when I feel shortness of breath while sleeping. If the problem occurs during day time I take montair lc. Is there any other treatment for shortness of breath caused due to dust or humidity issues?
