Sir I have pain in testis and left side testis is very bigger than left side but pain is very high when I wake up to sleeping and in morning I have take a salads and fruits and a cup of tea, and take medicine zeeloc - ranitidine hydrochloride 150 mg and ciprofloxacin & tinidazole tablet and zerobion forte, I have taken of these medicine for appendix pain.
