Hello doc, I am 5 weeks pregnant suffering from severe anxiety which is there since 7-8 months. I had been on zapiz and etizola beta for 10 days before conceiving but that didn?t help. Is there any safe medicine for severe anxiety during pregnancy in allopathy/homeopathy?
