I had a lower abdomen pain. I got a culture which shows nothing a uralisis shows 4-6 puss cells and usg abdomen shows bulky ovaries with follicles and urinary bladder with internal moving echoes, right ovary is 14.66 ml and left is 11. 52 ml. I am taking zifi 200 and am much better. I am seeing a urologist so should I continue seeing him or see a gynecologist now. And are the ovaries to big in size to worry? I am a pcos with regular periods past 5 months. Please advise.
