My wife take 4 sachet + composition: rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride from last 25 days, during taking tb medicine we got to know that she is pregnant please guide medicine is safe during pregnancy or we need to stop it?

All the above four medicines can be safely taken during pregnancy, none of them cause any fetal malformations. You will have to continue these medicines throughout pregnancy. You should be under continuos care of your gynaecologist and physician throughout pregnancy and follow their advice.
