Hi sir. Between my both thigh. Sweating both side of scrotum. Very hot scrotum when I touch it. If I wear underwear it also get wet. I have pain in testicles. Please advise what test I have to take before go to hospital. Scrotum itching and both my thigh also itching. erection very late and sperm come out quickly.
