My foreskin doesn't go beyond the penile head from childhood. As such I had no problem of pain or discomfort. Suddenly I found a red patch on glans penis and some reddened rash like presentation around the shaft. I don't know how long it was there. When it was not resolved by normal cleaning. I went to a skin specialist cum venerologist who got me tested for vdrl, hsv1, 2 ,hiv and all report came negative. Cbc is also wnl. I have no history of unprotected sex outside my marriage. The doctor recommended me cifran d for 10 days, 6 fluconazole tablets and luliconazole ointment and beta dine solution to apply. The loss and shaft rash cured (very little red spot on glans is still there but reduced 90%). Suddenly I found that a black vein like swelling in the opening of urinary passage. It's sometimes giving mild stinging pain, especially if I have masturbation or sexual activity. Also I am feeling the penis numb or full sometimes. I may overestimate the "feeling" part as I am excessively stressed with sleepless night. Once long back I had some painful traumatic twitch during sex in my penis. occasionally painful retraction of foreskin also during sex. I masturbated more than I had sex. Is it injury? Infection or some cancer? Should I show venerologost or urologist?

Dear user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.
