Hi, I am a crpf defence employee suffering from atrial fibrillation, for which my doctor suggested to have pacemaker surgery but before that, they have been taking so many tests for the last six months, like a blood test, eco, ecg, Holter test etc. The fact is my haemoglobin has come down to 8.4 from 9.3 when I started taking proper diet and medication. I do not understand the reason for low haemoglobin. And throughout all these I have suffered from anal fissure which now has improved, I have become anaemia patient also. Please suggest any alternative. I do not understand the reason for all these problems should I talk to haematologist someone told me.

AS you said you had anal fissure which would have caused blood to lose and hence anemia occurred and is very clear case . If your Hb improved, you continue these iron tablets and injection
