Hi I am diabetic .i am suffering with severe constipation. Daily if I take 3 tablets of cremalax then only able to poo (soft stools without difficulty). Since 8 months I am taking as I have suffered with internal piles as well so even taking himalaya pilex since then .is it k to take since 8 months and still using .any remedy ?i am 29. Is it if I continue to take these tablets daily.
