I am 71 years old two years back. I had knee replacement for my both legs now I am normal please suggest can I use thread mill or jog please help me.

Kindly note & understand that though, these are very well done jobs, but they are artificial joints. They can never be as good as almighty had made. So use them carefully. Avoid fatigue, gradually return to your usual activities.

No you shouldn't you can do brisk walking but not jog.

Its better to have brisk walking rather than treadmill or jog. Though never contradicted, its always better to protect the implant as implant too undergo wear and tear. Thanks!
