I am a guy. Did oral sex with a std/hiv unaffected guy. Got sores like thing in mouth, appearing like a pin-point red spot which disappeared after using ora-sore gel. Got tonsils too, though not sure its because of infection or cold. Am I at a risk of getting any std/hiv.

Hello. No one can not get hiv from an hiv negative person. Period. For other stis- its possible that he may have got hsv (he needs to be sure his partner did not have hsv ). However if he is very sure that your partner is negative for most common stis than sore may not be related to stis. He can see a ent surgeon for tonsils. Thanks.
