Hello madam/sir, this question is regarding my 3 years daughter she is a full term baby. She sat, stood n walked within her first bday. She giggled on right time. One thing imp she watched a lot of rhymes till now. Now the problem is she don't interact. Don't speak. Although she sings all her rhymes. She knows a to z alphabet. 1 to 10 numbers n she remembered all the names of pictures which we saw her in book. After considering this as a problem we stop her seeing rhymes. But she sings all .she doesn't make eye contact. Although after stop mobile she did a little. She don't sit still on one place .she sit only when we show her book. Make her learn something interesting. She take us to the things she want but not speak. So doctor please suggest what should we do. One doc told us this a mental health issue. But we don't think so. She smile back when we smile. Condition is little bit improving .plz suggest.

Limit all these passive learning medium like tv, mobiles. Play with the child, give her time, encourage her to speak, if there is no eye contact take a development pediatrician consultation asap.

Talk to her, tell her stories. Spend more time with her and interact with her. Certainly she will improve. Avoid giving her mobile. If ever you give her mobile, don't leave her alone, sit with her and enjoy with her and keep on interacting with her.
