If this cream cause itching then do not use it, do sitz bath 2-3 times a day and avoid constipation that should be enough to help you and yes avoid any addictions if you have.

if you have a diagnosed Anal fissure, then the oint with nifedepine will give better result . try with Anorelief ointment. also as suggested, take sitz bath with betadine solution.
