I feel like I am having trouble breathing at night. Its not like I cannot breathe. It's just I feel my nose is constantly blocked. I don't have any cold. But I have had sinus throughout my life. Otrivin nasal drops helps but long term use is not good. I am wondering weather I need a surgery to clear / open my nasal passage? I don't know what to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Note your symptoms. Avoid use of otrivin. Visit an ent and let us suggest treatment plan. After that if there is no improvement you can consider surgery. But that too after evaluating. There is a plan to follow for treatment of sinusitis.
