Hi Sir, I am a 22 year old male and recently developed discomfort in my genital region after inspection of which I found out there is excoriation of skin over the scrotum with white sticky discharge and fleshy red mass beneath the skin is visible it burns a lot when rubs. What should I do for it's quick healing at current I am using siloderm cream.
