Hello, I am a man, I had sex today with a men, it was protected sex, with condom, but his condom broke inside my anal, but he did?t ejaculate till that time. And we stopped after that, do I have a chance to get hiv?

You have no chances as (1) you are not sure if he had hiv .& without being affected by it no one can spread hiv (2) the semen was not ejaculated till the condom broke when you stopped the process.
