U can do CBC, Stool exam from some lab. If its normal go for endoscopy. Mostly intestinal infection can be diagnosed with symptoms. for this u need to give details of ur case. In the meanwhile do this 1.Take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ORS. 4. Maintain active life style 5. curd is good for you. 6. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods For details you can consult me.
