I'm from plains but for my education purpose i'm staying in hilly region of north east so whenever there is a season change I tend to suffer from runny nose later stuffy nose and cough. For more than a week now I have very mild cold and cough but I also get a feeling of lightheadedness and off balance often which is my concern. What should I do?
