Child basically needs to be treated for dehydration if any, otherwise diarrhea will be recovered in due course of time. Watch for signs of dehydration and if child is playful, if passing good amount of urine, just continue breastfeeding. If dehydrated, correction of dehydration either orally or intravenously under the guidance of paediatrician is necessary. We don't know if zerolac is really necessary or not. I personally don't use it because, secondary lactose intolerance, even if present, may not need treatment. Discretion of a treating pediatrician is essential.
