What is the first line treatment plan for negative schizophrenia without any hallucination and delusion, specially the symptom calls evolution. Is amisulpride is good for unproductively in negative schizophrenia? I'm taking 100 mg amisulpride at night as prescribed by my psychiatrist.

yes amisulpride is the drug of choice for negative symptoms, but it may not act for many also.In that case it has to be judiciously used with other medications and attempted to bring the negative symptoms under control.
