I have tested for vdrl in 74 days of my last sexual contact and the result was non reactive should is go from the test again? Or it is conclusive?

Syphilis can be detected approx 10 days after infection. The window period ends 12 weeks. So repeat test after 10 days if negative then it indicates absence of syphilis.
