Sir I have red bright (like arterial) bleeding since 2 days. The are about 2? piles I had taken daflon on surgeon prescription earlier. Temporarily bleeding stops and its third time it continues. And it reoccur in spaces of a year. So I want to know the doses of daflon 500 mg and duration which I forgot. I'm also with a non obstructing kidney stone at left pelvis of kidney.

Daflon dose is 500mg twice daily for 3 weeks. try hot ditz bath. Barron banding is a good procedure to arrest bleeding immediately.

Hello. Daflon is useful in acute haemorrhoidal crisis like bleeding, pain and swelling. It's very useful for symptomatic relief but not the permanent treatment. Dosage is 500 mh twice a day for two weeks followed by once a day for two more weeks. Take lots of fluids and fruits, avoid red meat. Do sits baths thrice a day with warm saline water. Apply sheild cream locally. You can take some stool softener granules like softovac. But get urself examined by a good proctologist or general surgeon for permanent treatment. Regards.
