My father diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. Diagnosis. Dm, cld, nash/refractory ascites/hrs c/o.abdomen fullness, distention, decrease urine output. Low bp what treatment to follow now. Age is 74.

Liver transplant is best option for this situation, but age factor is also important because of that pt. Will take time for recovery, as you mentioned pt. Age is 70 so he will take to recover after surgery.
