I am a patient of bipolar disorder. I am taking fluoxetine 40 mg od, divelprox 1000 mg hs, aripiprazole 10 mg hs. I am having sleep problems. My question is can I take melatonin 5 mg hs to improve my sleep? Alternately can I take aripiprazole 10 mg and zolpidem 10 mg together at night to improve my sleep. Please advise treating it as urgent.
