Late may be due to contraceptive pill withdrawl.

Irrational use of emergency pills will make periods irregular and if you want contraception regularly or daily, you have to use other means like non-hormonal pills or an injection every 3 months only. This delayed periods will come in a week or two and thereafter take care.

It is because of the side effects of the pills which does not come until you stop taking it. Better wait for few months to get it regular.
