Am 24 year old lady. Am suffering from piles from month. Am using proctosedyl ointment ciplox -tz tablets and dicloran tablets. Still didn't find relief please suggest.

Drink plenty of fluids, take lots of fibre in diet, get a consultation from a surgeon who will do a proctoscopy, if it's grade 3 or 4, needs surgical intervention.

See your young lady and you have been diagnosed as piles look in to the cause get it diagnosed properly by video proctoscopy change your diet pattern take fiber diet take around 4! liters of water if pain is present then it is less likely to pile it all depend on grade or degree of hemorrhoid and is it associated with any other disease if piles are more than grade 2 it is less likely you will get cure you will have high recurrence.
