She is having dry khansi from last 4 days. I gave her torex and cofdex syrup but there are not satisfactory results.

Hi. I can understand your concern. It must be a viral infection try stem inhalation and warm salt water gargling. Also give her drink lots of fluids and fruits rich in vitamin c like mausambi, orange etc which will help come over the infection faster. If her cough does not settle she will need chest x ray to rule out lung infection. Don't worry, she will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
