Hello, valest contains estradiol valerate and is sometimes added when clomiphene citrate is given for ovulation induction. Clomiphene citrate has anti estrogenic action on endometrium whereas valest counteracts it and helps to increase endometrial thickness and thereby promoting implantation and helping in pregnancy.

The medicine prescribed to you does help in conceiving. That medicine is prescribed if your endometrial thickness is not proper according to you date of menses. It does not guarantee in pregnancy but helps in treatment so I suggest you can go ahead and take it.
