Hi, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer type 4. She was operated once to remove complete left breast and twice in brain to remove metastatic tumour. After second craniotomy, she is constantly feeling giddiness and cannot even sit for a minute. Doctor asked to take vertin 16 mg, but it doesn't seem to work. Can you suggest what needs to be done.

Just get the ct scan done to look for any collection in case of recent surgery. If the surgery has been done off late then it would tell us about any new lesions. Also what is important to know where was the position of previous mets also patient would require chemotherapy.
