I have 8 years old ankle injuries now due to several times twist of left same leg, doctor suggest me mri.in which all other things are normal but issue found in posterior talo fibular ligaments which is - hyperintensity noted with adjacent fluid collection. Will be a ligament surgery a solution for me or not? And what else precautions must be needed for me?
