In summer days, babies head usually warmer than rest of the body. This is normal. Absolutely no need for antipyretics.

no need of giving anti fever medication on just palpating head... babies have warm head due to larger surface area of brain and open fontanelle . so pls don't give such medicine without 1 minute temperature reading I'm underarm by a thermometer reading above 98.7 F
