Pcos is associated with increased insulin and increased androgen levels in the body interfering in the release of eggs from ovaries thereby affecting menstruation and ability to conceive. Long term solution of pcos is lifestyle modification which includes weight reduction, regular exercise, brisk walk for 30 minutes and avoiding high calorie food. Along with normoz you need to take either progesterone or combined oral hormonal pills for making your periods regular.
