I am a dropper for medical exam and I study 18 hours a day. I have pcos and I got my menses on march 18 and my bleeding dint stop till now i.e 30 april. I took tranexamic acid and butrostat but I have noticed no change and due to heavy bleeding I am suffering from severe anemia. For that I take iron sucrose injection. Please suggest me medication to stop my bleeding immediately.

Hello, It is important that we get some basic investigations done to rule out some associated pathology. Usg lower abdomen, blood for cbc, tsh and ft4. You need to start progesterone tablets. It will help to control bleeding.
