I would like to know about having safe sex (not to get pregnant). My partner is a pcos patient. We prefer not to use condoms. We need to know about safe intercourse without the risk of pregnancy. And need to clarify that if the penis is pulled out before ejaculation, is there any risk of pregnancy? And after how much time can we have next intercourse without the risk of pregnancy?

"if the penis is pulled out before ejaculation" -is called coitus interruptus. High failure rate means more chances of pregnancy. After one sex act there is some time during which man does not get erection called refractory period. After which one can have sex but chances of pregnancy same as any other act. There are many temporary family planning methods like oral pills, injectable hormones, intrauterine devices, condoms, diaphragms, safe period, coitus interruptus, etc. You must know about the success and failure rates of all as well as the advantages and disadvantages of all to decide which suits you the best. Maybe consult gynecologist as a couple.
