I have a pain in my testis and rectum from last 50 days I have run a course of antibiotics for many days nothing happened then doctor prescribed me pregabalin its work little bit but comes back again after few days my urine culture was negative urine routine was showing 4 to 5 pus cells I have history of fibromyalgia my hip bone is paining muscles near the genitals are paining backache as well ultrasound of testis is negative cbc was normal.
