Hello doctor! I am having issue in conceiving I ovulate but no pregnancy. I have a endometriosis cyst on my left ovary and amy left tube has hydrosulphix. I was taking homeopathy then ayurvedic my periods are on time 26 days cycle but my cyst does not reduce .till date I have never done tube test as the process is too painful 2 to 3 gynec always suggested me for laparoscopy to clear the cyst but I was always avoiding as I am scared of surgery and recovery time .though I have done hysteroscopy in past 4 years before where I was given anesthesia and process took 5 to 10 mins and I was out.in hystero only fibroid was seen in uterus which was cleared through laser my age is 35 now .it has been 6 years of marriage but no luck. So I really need your opinion will laparoscopy help my chances of conceiving .when it is suppose to be done .will recovery be soon. My right ovary is ok but always follicles are seen on left ovary and left ovary only has cyst and tube issue .with liver can the cyst reoccur .i have heard many positive cases of endemet cyst conceiving after 3 months once liver is done kindly reply thanks.
