It has been over 8 months since my first delivery and continuing to breastfeed my baby until now. My first menses period started after 54 days. The second period was 40 days later and the third one came 5 months later (now), with just spotting for 3-4 days along with stomach and body pain. My cbc result shows low hb and mchc. I stopped my iron and calcium tabs after 40-50 months after delivery. I am tired all the time sleepy in the morning and well at night. My joints and back pain is severe at times. I did have appendicitis pain throughout my pregnancy. But there was no infection or inflammation to take surgery as per my surgeon or gynecologist. But now my appendix aches often. And after 2 long years, my sinusitis is back. All in all, I have no place in my body without pain. And i'm damn tired. How can I get things better? What should I do?

It is common not to get a period or scanty period or delayed periods when breastfeeding is going on. So during this time, it is important to use reliable family planning method so that either you are not worried about pregnancy now and then or don?t miss diagnosing pregnancy early. For other complaints- most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- first gynecologist and then other doctor if required. It is important to continue iron, calcium, b-complex and protein and omega-3 as long as you are breast feeding.
