I am also taking homeopathy syzigium and gymnema morning and evening .hba1c 7.3 cholesterol levels are all below normal. I do one hour cross bar cycling burning 450 calories in the evening. Thank you for your enquiry. As per your age the hba1c level is almost within normal limits. So I would like to advise you for a restructuring of your medication dose which will for sure reduce your post prandial blood sugar. Also I would like to ask if you have taken the tablet glycomet gp 2 before food on the day of testing pp. Do let me know. For further information and complete advise with prescription you may consult me personally on private chat on this platform. Thank you.
