I'm 29 years old, during ejaculation something moves from my bladder to my belly button after sex an hour later I can't pee putting so much pressure on my waist while I force to get little urine out until it opened up. Then when i'm seated I experience urine dripping signalling me to pee. Sometimes I have to fart so loudly to enable urine flow. Please could I be having urethral strictures?
