I have lump in my chest nipple area both side its painful m suffering from last 20 days this is not first time last year also this happen then I took tamoxifen tablet after that lump disappear but now tamoxifen is not working still lump is there do not knw its because of high estrogen level or side effects pf steroids that I had taken please help me out.
