I was diagnosed with adult measles on 13th may, 2019 with symptoms including heavy fever, severe body ache, spots allover the body, numerous small mouth ulcers, severe sore throat. All other symptoms except the ulcers and sore throat hobe away in 2 days. Due to the ulcers and sore throat I feel tremendous pain while swallowing in my ear and throat whatever I eat. I am on amoxicillin and potassium clavunate tab.(thrice daily) for the 5th day today and paracetamol + aceclofenac tab.(twice a day, tannic acid + choline salicylate ointment (thrice a day ).it would be highly helpful if any one can say how long it will take to get rid of my sore throat .do I need any form of test or any other treatment ?plz help.
