I am male received unprotected oral sex one year back and I had many symptoms just after my exposure till 6 months I was ill I had sever body pain for 6 months and some rashes on my hands I had many hiv tests all were negative I had hiv pcr rna test after 10 months of exposure the result was not detected. And now after 13 months of my exposure I had hiv 4th generation test it was negative too. My questions are:- 1) can I rely on my hiv tests and move on with my life? 2) is hiv pcr rna test is helpful after 10 months of exposure? 3) should I stop testing for hiv and forget it? Please please help me I have ocd of hiv phobia and I can not live with this guide me right and help me.
