Hello respected doctors I am 47 years old and my wife is 26 years old and 7 years married ,we have 1 son. My wife take birth control pills overall g but I think birth control pills not safe for her every time. Actually problem is she don't like with condoms. If we did sexual intercourse in safe period and unsafe time withdrawn method, I mean after end of her period 3 to 4 days and after 21 days of period sexual intercourse as natural way and in middle withdrawn method, is it safe? Pregnancy chance any? Ask because we both don't want 2nd baby at list 3 to 4 years.

It is called the safe period of family planning, but it is unsafe meaning high failure rate. Even withdrawal known as coitus interruptus has a high failure rate. Birth control pills are fine.
