I am 49 years old n my major complain is lightheadedness n vertigo daily my mri result a tiny vascular loop seen around bilateral vii/viii nerve complexes. Chronic ischemic changes in bilateral cerebral white matter and the tiny gliotic area in right posterior periventricular white matter. My cervical spine xray says reduction in c5 c6 and c6 c7 doctor prescribed me nexito plus, trika 0.25, gabantin 100 twice I am not understanding why these medicines?
